How do I verify my phone number?
When you sign up, we'll send a 6-digit verification code to your phone via SMS. Enter this code to complete your registration. If you don't receive the code, check your SMS inbox and try again after a few minutes.
What is VIP membership?
VIP membership gives you access to premium features including the hidden message locker, real-time location sharing, custom chat backgrounds, ad-free experience, and a virtual phone number for private communication.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your VIP subscription anytime through your device's app store settings. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions, find SecureConnect, and select Cancel Subscription.
Is my data secure?
Yes! SecureConnect uses end-to-end encryption for all messages. Your communications are private and can only be read by you and your intended recipients.
How do I report a problem?
