• Virtual phone number services
• Status updates and social features
• VIP subscription features including hidden message locker

3. Account Registration

To use SecureConnect, you must:

• Provide a valid phone number for verification
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use SecureConnect to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content

6. VIP Subscription

SecureConnect offers premium VIP features through subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store

7. Virtual Phone Numbers

Virtual phone numbers provided through SecureConnect:

• Are for use within the application only
• May be subject to availability and regional restrictions
• Should not be used for emergency services (dial 911 directly)
• May be reclaimed if your account is terminated or inactive

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property

SecureConnect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SecureConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SecureConnect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms within the app. Your continued use of SecureConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
